The pretty sandy cove at Binisafuller and a traditional Menorcan restaurant are only a three and six minute stroll away. Set in maturing gardens with an abundance of colour, the villa is approached by a flight of steps leading from the driveway.

The accommodation is conveniently laid out on one level and surrounded by covered dining and sunbathing terraces.

Once you enter the villa through the grand sliding doors you will notice how well the layout has been planned. The open plan living and dining area, with attractive vaulted ceiling, has comfortable seating arranged to look out to the pool area and view the TV. The TV receives UK Freesat channels, a VCR, DVD and CD player are also provided for entertainment in the living area. An archway crossing the width of the room leads into the fully fitted kitchen that includes an integrated electric oven and grill with a gas hob, a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and 'fridge freezer. There is a separate laundry room with a dryer, iron and ironing board.

The indoor dining area is beyond the living space, adjacent to the kitchen and here French doors lead out to the side terrace with a traditional Menorcan chimney barbeque. Workspace and seating are arranged around the barbeque under a wooden pergola providing an ideal setting for gathering together whilst chatting and cooking.

A second archway from the main living area leads to the three bedrooms. The two rooms with double beds both have French doors leading to the undercover terrace beside the pool. The third bedroom has twin beds. All of the bedrooms have bedside tables, ample wardrobe space and portable fans. There are two full bathrooms comprising WC, hand basin, bidet and over bath shower. One bathroom is separate, the second is en-suite off the master bedroom.

Within a 10 minute drive, in opposite directions are the working villages of Sant Climent and Sant Lluis. Closer by is Binibeca Vell with numerous shops, a supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Guests should note that Binisafuller being on Menorca's south east coast, is on one of several flight paths to the airport some 5km away, therefore some aircraft may be seen and some noise may be heard.
